Shipping policy

Our items are not supplied from stock but are produced after payment has been received. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout in the webshop.

Shipping Times

The stated shipping times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, carrier delays and public holidays. Our production facilities may be closed during public holidays, depending on the country of production.

Track & Trace

As soon as your order is ready and has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email from our shipping partner (PostNL, DHL, DPD or UPS). You can use this code to track your parcel.

Delivery Address & Absence

Please make sure you enter a correct and complete delivery address when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your parcel may be delivered to a nearby collection point.
