By using this website and placing an order through our webshop, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

1. About de Producent

The Tio Business School webshop is managed by de Producent, based in Rijswijk, The Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce no. 52531686). If you have any questions, you can contact us at [email protected].

2. Product Information

All products in our webshop are produced to order. Products are only manufactured after an order has been placed and payment has been received. This helps us limit overproduction and contribute to reducing textile waste.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices in the webshop are displayed in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout. Full payment must be completed before production of the order begins. We accept the payment methods offered through our webshop.

4. Orders and Production

When you place an order through our webshop:

  • Production starts after payment has been received.

  • Changes cannot be made after the order has been placed.

The stated delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on demand and availability.

5. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided by you. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a Track & Trace code.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Please note: always inspect the packaging upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged, make sure the damage is recorded by the delivery driver.

6. Returns Policy

Orders can be returned within 14 days after receipt, either through your account or by email.

7. Warranty and Defects

Has your order arrived damaged or defective? Please report this within 14 days after receipt through your account or by email. Always include photographs and a description of the issue.

We will assess your complaint and, if justified, provide an appropriate solution, such as an exchange or refund.

8. Liability

de Producent is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products. Please carefully read and follow the care instructions and product specifications provided with your order.

9. Intellectual Property

All images, texts, logos and designs on this website are owned by, or licensed to, de Producent and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

10. Privacy & Data Processing

We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

All transactions made through our webshop are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation.

If necessary, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the region where de Producent is established.
